…Sudden and rapid hair loss. Sometimes happens overnight. No research has proven succesful in finding a cure yet.
Hasn’t he been through enough? This is no minor setback!
…I did Tempest Keep to test out the new Legacy Mode Loot system and came across Kael’thas. I genuinely bursted out in laughter. This is one brilliant bug. I hope it stays for everyone to come across and see for themselves!
Kael’thas himself seems far from amused though…
I wonder, and try to recall other fun bugs of earlier patches.
I cherish these things, and try to imagine the Blizzard Crew adjusting things for a patch, then forgetting the domino effect it can have, hah.
Kinda like their “work board” looks similar to this one:
For more World of Warcraft laughs, head over to the comic section of The Daily Blink 😀
Can you recall any entertaining bugs, that clearly happens, when Blizzard forgets the domino effect of their actions?
Happy weekend everyone 🙂
The last part of my Daily Blink archive has been long overdue and considering the date, it seems appropriate to share them today!
I found them on an old harddrive not long ago, and haven’t been able to locate them online anywhere, since it sadly is no longer around, so maybe it could spread some laughs out there 🙂 (Their Facebook and Twitter is still up, but little to no activity there, and all their links seems broken)
Most of these are from around the Mist of Pandaria era, but the majority still rings true today 🙂
Enjoy and happy 1. of April to all of you 😀
I particularly like the “Skip Outlands When Leveling”…Imagine, what our old self would have said, if we could travel back to them and tell them, that this is actually a thing now! 🙂
Daily Quests…World Quests…Hmm… 😉
The Daily Blink – Part 1
The Daily Blink – Part 2
The Daily Blink – Part 3
The Daily Blink – Part 4
Don’t miss out on Blizzard’s April Fools joke here and here this year!
There are also 3 very funny videos on new mounts in BfA on their Twitter today, here 🙂
Happy Easter 🙂
A smile is the best way to start off the weekend, right – Time for another batch of the Daily Blink Comics from my old harddrive 🙂
In case you missed the earlier posts on this, they are here:
Happy weekend, everyone 🙂
Hm, yes, I seem to have missed a few weekly posts on this, sorry!
So here is another batch of my old Daily Blinks from my old harddrive 🙂
I have only got my favorite ones lying around, but I hope they put a smile on your face.
Oh, in case you missed Part 1 or 2, here you go 🙂
The Daily Blink was a WoW-related web comic, made by Chris Hanel and Mike Owen. I think it began around 2011, was it? I found it brilliant, and even continued to check up on it, when I was not playing the game actively.
I can still recall seeing it mentioned on mmo-champion. It was very unknown by then, but the popularity quickly increased afterwards. Sadly it is no longer around.
I managed to find an interview with them here, though 🙂
Have a fantastic weekend 🙂
Continuing the Daily Blink collection I found on my old harddrive, I want to share those I managed to find from years and years ago.
I do not have all of them, I just have my favorites saved from back then; I do hope they bring a smile on your face.
(The Daily Blink – Part 1 is here, in case you missed it 🙂 )
As I wrote earlier, I just got found my old harddrive and discovered a bunch of long lost Daily Blink – comics.
They were so funny, and I saved quite a lot, though not all, just my favorites back then.
Was it up to and mostly during Mist of Pandaria and Cataclysm that the Daily Blink was around? The site sadly is down, and I couldn´t dig up more online, it appears as if it just…stopped? Anyway, here are some of them now, I hope they will make you laugh 🙂
Remember this one? I just found it in on my harddrive together with a bunch of other WoW related things, old screenshots and what not. A huge bunch of the Daily Blink (a popular WoW comic some years ago) too, that I´m currently having having a big laugh about! Will share later.
It is as great as I remember it 🙂
Go placidly amid the trolls and rage,
And remember what peace there may be AFK.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with the blue posters.
Speak your concerns quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant,
they too have their story.
Avoid those who prove the Internet F#$%wad Theory,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare your guild with others,
you may become vain or bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser guilds than your own.
Enjoy your achievement points as well as your purples.
Keep interested in your own main toon, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of expansions.
Exercise caution in the Auction House;
for the listings are full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for low prices;
and everywhere your realms is full of those needing your flasks.
Take kindly the counsel of experience,
gracefully surrendering the role of the Noobcake.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in times of bad gear drops.
But do not distress with hatred for your guildmate’s off-spec.
Guild drama is born of jealousy and envy.
Beyond the confines of your computer desk,
be gentle with yourself.
We are only the inhabitants of a virtual world,
no less than the NPCs and enemies spawned;
it is the same MMO for every single one of us.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt your raid wipe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with WoW,
whatever you conceive the game to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of progression keep peace with your soul.
With all its balance, grinds, and imperfections,
it is still a beautiful game.
Strive to be happy.
