Here we go, rounding up the discovery route of Battle for Azeroth and Kul Tiras, saving my favorite zone, Drustvar, as the last one.
Just the horde area remains then!
A screenshot says more than words, and I do believe it’s time for picture overload and less text, right π
So, in no particular order…
…I am here to remind you to appreciate the cuteness.
…I am here to remind you to look up.
…I am here to remind you to enjoy all the new poses, we get to see our characters in.
…I am here to remind you to notice the great details in the open world.
…I am here to remind you to learn how to gun.
…I am here to remind you to never forget to compliment.
“A few words you say, might make someone’s day”

…I am here to remind you to go underwater.
…I am here to remind you to make new transmogs that fits the zone you are questing in!
…I am here to remind you to stay long enough in each area, so you won’t miss out on the story.
…I am here to remind you to enjoy the engaging cutscenes, now staring – us!
…I am here to remind you to remember what we lost, and what we need to regain.
…I am here to remind you to appreciate, when a stranger aids you.
…I am here to remind you to take part in even the most gruesome quests.
…I am here to remind you to adopt a gryphon today.
…I am here to remind you to spend an entire hour getting a screenshot just right, because reasons.
…I am here to remind you to notice the whole environment of Drustvar, the light details and how they reflect.
…I am here to remind you to climb every mountain that you come across. How high can you go?
…I am here to remind you to delay quest completion, because you need the quest item to stand in a specific pose.
…I am here to remind you to write to the Postmaster. Seriously, we all have to let him know, what is worth shipping and what is not!
…I am here to remind you to use your toys. Mini bear wins.
…I am here to remind you to remember the amount of work gone into creating the new zones. (and who it is done for)
…I am here to remind you to ice skate in bear form.
…I am here to remind you to write a little bit in your journal every day.
…I am here to remind you to have a roaring contest. I win, Lucille!
…I am here to remind you to stop every now and again to notice the shadows and improved fire.
…I am here to remind you to make absolute use of every single quest item you come across.
…I am here to remind you to get your action shot -just- right.
…I am here to remind you, that if you are feeling watched, you probably are.
…I am here to remind you to think back on Legion and the best of it. /hugs G’Hanir.
…I need no words for this, I think…
…but I am still here to remind you to appreciate the sky.
…as well as the entertaining quest texts.
…I am here to remind you to tell the NPC, that they will simply have to wait, until it’s their turn. First the right impression, then I can be a savior.
…And finally, I am here to remind you to have a staring contest with a teddy.
I am now done with all the quests in Battle for Azeroth, that do not require World Quests or reputation!
Thank you so much for always stopping by, wishing you all a joyful Wednesday afternoon π
Solid reminder of how gorgeous the game can be when you take a moment to breathe.

Beautiful pictures π
See, making zone themed transmogs is a great idea ^^
It is always good to notice all the small amazing details this game has to offer.
Princess and I have been doing Legion raids tours, taking our time to explore all the fun and beautiful details (and the funny ones. Did you know that Elisande has a harem of concubines that includes an βexotic concubineβ- a gnome? xD)
You should tag along sometime π

Thank you π It IS a good idea!
Oh, I would love to tag along. I did not know Elisande has that? Reminds me of Black Temple π I don’t know what it is; lately more and more days pass by, where I simply do not log on at all. I hope the story of 8.1 will turn that around

Been there, done that! As a stag, naturally. I am here to remind you to jump off and use all the toys possible in the process!

Great summary of the zone. Its my favorite of the 6 we got. Looks like you had fun going through it. I didnt even think about delaying quest completion for those items! Man I wish they would implement new emotes for us to pose and stand and lean and different things like that!

Thank you; it was not easy to cherry pick the screenshots, I had plenty π
Oh, yeah, I have submitted that as a suggestion in game several times. I would love to! It appears to be in game already, so why not!

How did you find the zone? soon we will be wicker druid things, i’m seriously thinking of switching mains and starting over from level 20 when we get Kul’Tiran.

Oh, I didn’t even make the connection there; Kul Tiran Druid Forms, are they going to look that way? Gosh, the details! A part of me would actually love to start over now. Give BfA a break and eventually reach it, once things are more settled and less bugged.

Hey Alunaria! Sorry for being so inconsistent with checking in here. I just never took to blogging like you and your friends did, but it is a lot of fun to pop in and read some of your stories every now and then!
At Falconhurst I actually did stick around and listen a while. My favorite part was when he ran through the Kobolds and Catacombs theme. I imagined Matthew Mercer’s voice when he was going through the lyrics. π That story about the stag in the forest was pretty excellent as well.
I remember flying by that mountain seperating Drustvar and Stormsong and there was this crazy blizzard. I’ve tried going back there, but I haven’t seen it again. It was one of the coolest weather effects I’ve seen in-game!
Love that bear form ice skating shot. π
That shot with the campfire between you and that marksman is great. I never realized how precise the lighting effects were.
I should really go back and do that wedding bit. For some reason it was being glitchy when I was there, so I ended up skipping it. It’s the only part of Drustvar I didn’t end up doing.
Gratz on your completionism of Kul Tiras! Have a good one.

Hey Zeshio π Not to worry at all, I’m glad you still stop by, even though it might be “inconsistent” as you describe it, quality beats quantity, right π
I agree, I loved the stag story too. Have you noticed that he only offers Druids to set their Hearthstone to him, and not other classes? π
A blizzard!? I have not seen! Aw, darn, no screenshot, please try to take one and share it if you capture it again π
I think so too! That lighting just was so beautiful. A lot can be said, but the art team of WoW outdid themselves this expansion.
Aw, yeah, you should. Good call to skip it if it was bugged though, that really hinders immersion. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
Thank you π How do you fare these days? π

Drustvar is the last zone storyline I have to do. I’m currently debating on if I want to go back on my 120 warrior and complete it or save it for the next alliance character I level. I can’t wait, because between your post and the things I’ve seen/heard about the story, it sounds right up my alley.

I’m glad my post has won you over a little to look forward to Drustvar π It is a very good zone, if you are into that whole theme there too. I wish you all the luck ahead π

I think it is one of your best. And that is not saying a little!
I said it before, Blizzard should hire you. π

Thank you so much for saying that π It took sometime to come together. Aw, well thank you! I canΒ΄t imagine what Blizzard would want me to do, though π

These days it is all about video, but I think a person who can make good in game “reportage” with excellent in game screenshots is something special. As a reader, it makes me participate in the world making more than watching a video of game play. Maybe it is just me, but a lot of such game videos have pretty bad story telling. Taliesin and Evitel have created something of their own, but sometimes it is just too “noisy” or intense.
Your posts are often like machinima in still pictures.

I also often try to reach top of mountains, btw π

π That is one thing I cherish about BfA. So many mountains are more climb-friendly that earlier.

Indeed. I found myself at times surprised I could actually get up there and get some fabulous views π

You are right about that. I actually noticed recently, that Taliesin and Evitel even cut out the moments, where he breathes! Like, after he said an enormous amount of words, and he needs to inhale, it sometimes gets cut, so there is no “pause”. It can indeed feel to intense/rushed/noisy. (though IΒ΄m a big fan of their videos)
Thank you so much π

There are a lot of little cuts when he solo talks. Which tbh feels a bit wonky. I mean, we know he breathes… π
